Occasionally our servers can be slow, and from time to time it can take a while for that confirmation email to reach you. Also, with certain email addresses our emails are sent directly to the spam folder.
If we're sending to a work address our emails could be stopped from reaching you because of your employer's network security.
If you've checked your spam folder, you're not firewalled by your employer, and you haven't received your confirmation within an hour after ordering from our website send over an email with the complete billing first and last name to us at email@example.com, and we'll get a copy of your order confirmation to you ASAP!
